Manhattan runs from prewar plaster over masonry to poured-concrete towers and office conversions. Here's what each wall means for the install — and none of it changes the price.

Plaster over masonry

Prewar

Drilled through the plaster into the solid wall behind it. No wall-type surcharge.

Hammer drill and sleeve anchors into the slab or the column. Adds about fifteen minutes.

Exposed brick

My co-op or condo needs a certificate of insurance. Can you send one?

Yes. Just tell me when you book and it goes out the same day, before I arrive.

Can you mount on prewar plaster walls?

Yes, at the same price. Drilled through the plaster into the solid wall behind it. No wall-type surcharge.

Can you mount on brick or concrete?

Yes, at the same price as drywall. Masonry takes a hammer drill and sleeve anchors and adds about fifteen minutes to the job.

How long does the installation take?

Most installs run 20 to 40 minutes on site. You get a time, not a four-hour window.

Do I need to buy the mount?

Use your own compatible wall mount, or add a fixed, tilting or full-motion mount for $89. Send your TV model and preferred bracket type so compatibility can be confirmed.

Can you mount a 75" or 85" TV?

Yes. Anything 66" and larger is $219, on any wall type. Tell me the size when you text so I bring the right hardware.

Can you hide the cables?

Two options. A soundbar mounted under the TV with the cables dressed is +$59. Full in-wall concealment is +$399 — an in-wall rated kit, two cut-outs, drywall. The recessed kit feeds off the outlet you already have, so no new circuit and no electrician. If your setup does need an outlet added, I tell you before booking rather than at your door.

How do I pay, and when?

You pay after the TV is on the wall — cash, Zelle or Venmo. No card payments at the moment. No deposit, no trip fee, no minimum and no weekend rate.

Can you come today?

Same-day installation is available when the schedule allows. Call, text or send a request; your installation time is booked only after confirmation. Contact hours are 8am–9pm, seven days.
